This is a very common mistake that we have to answer. Your code works. The code has two states - active and inactive.
If you received the code from us on the official website, and you did not promote the patron's code to strangers, then in this case the code needs to be activated.
Solution
- Check the case of letters. The code is very sensitive to the case of letters. To avoid errors use hot keys (Ctrl+C - copy / Ctrl+V - paste)
- Check your internet connection.
- Check your firewall for blocking the game.
- Code can not be used on multiple accounts. If you have already activated the code, it can not be used a second time.
- Your code is fake. If you received the code from an unauthorized person, then the code is most likely a forgery.
